By ordering from GZK Wholesale Frozen Supply, you agree to the following Service Terms, which outline our policies for local and international wholesale transactions. These terms ensure clear expectations and a reliable partnership with all our valued clients.
1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation by GZK.

GZK reserves the right to reject, modify, or delay orders based on inventory, logistics, or regulatory constraints.

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply to both local and international customers.
2. Pricing

All pricing is listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Prices are exclusive of taxes, freight charges, and import duties, unless explicitly included in an official export quote.

GZK reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice based on supply costs or currency fluctuations.
3. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery or shipment.

GZK does not offer credit terms, deposits, or delayed payment options.

Accepted payment methods include online bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash on delivery (COD) for selected local deliveries only.

4. Domestic & International Delivery
Local Delivery (Malaysia):

Delivery is available throughout Peninsular Malaysia, with scheduled delivery times provided in advance.

Customers are responsible for being available to receive and inspect orders at the agreed time. Missed deliveries may incur a rescheduling fee.
International Delivery (Southeast Asia):

GZK exports to multiple countries across Southeast Asia, including but not limited to Singapore, Brunei, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

All exports are handled through licensed logistics providers with frozen transport capability.

Customers are responsible for customs clearance, local taxes, and regulatory compliance in their respective countries.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs or transport delays.
5. Product Handling & Storage

Customers are responsible for immediate inspection and proper cold storage of all products upon delivery or receipt.

GZK is not liable for spoilage or quality loss due to improper handling after delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered for:

Products damaged during delivery

Incorrect items received

Verified quality issues upon arrival

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours, with photo/video evidence.
